Steri-Strips provide secure wound support through higher tensile strength compared to sutures. They help improve the outcome of wound healing, reducing scarring and risk of infection. They are easy to use, can be quickly applied, comfortable for the patient, and contain a hypoallergenic adhesive. These strips are also less expensive than skin adhesives, staples, or sutures.
